Project Overview: Bushra Shueeb Ligeal Office
Welcome. As Design Line Project Management from the DLD Group, we consider this project a testament to a successful partnership. We translated your vision into a premium, functional reality, and I’m eager to share the details of how we achieved it.
1. The Executive Meeting Room
The goal for this space was to project prestige, clarity, and uncompromising professionalism. We achieved this through a minimalist, high-end design centered on bright light and luxurious finishes.
- Color and Light Strategy: The use of an almost entirely white palette for walls, ceiling, and seating maximizes the natural light streaming from the large windows. This creates an atmosphere of transparency, clarity, and focus, essential for high-level decision-making.
- The Feature Table: The centerpiece is the large, oval glass meeting table. The key detail here is the custom-fitted, mirrored fascia around the perimeter, embellished with shimmering inlaid crystals/rhinestones. This elevates the table from functional furniture to a high-luxury statement piece.
- Seating: We selected high-backed, premium white leather executive chairs on casters. The tall backrests contribute to the room’s vertical dimension and convey authority and comfort.
- Efficiency and Function: The placement of the large wall-mounted screen opposite the table ensures technology is readily available for presentations without cluttering the main meeting surface. A custom window seat bench provides an alternative, relaxed seating option or reading area.
2. Documents Clearing Services Office (Bouchra Chouaib)
This office design focuses on creating a fresh, feminine, and trustworthy atmosphere, using sparkling details to convey attention and precision, which is vital for a services firm.
- Clean and Bright Aesthetics: Similar to the meeting room, the design relies on a predominantly bright white environment. This choice makes the space feel spacious, hygienic, and professional.
- Luxury Detailing: The entrance archway and the logo wall are framed with intensely textured, silver/white shimmering material (like glitter paneling or embedded crystals). This glamorous detail speaks to meticulousness and high-end service.
- Branding Focal Point: The logo of Bouchra Chouaib Documents Clearing Services is prominently displayed using mirrored and crystal-accented 3D lettering. This ensures immediate brand recognition and reinforces the values of justice and clarity represented by the scales icon.
- Subtle Comfort: The reception area provides a welcoming touch with a pop of soft lavender/pink on the accent cushion, introducing a gentle, non-intimidating element to the professional space.
- Flow and Lighting: The open view past the reception desk shows bright white panel doors and modern circular light fixtures, maintaining the contemporary, clean aesthetic throughout the office’s workflow area.
