The design concept is a Luxurious Modern Islamic-Classic style. The core strategy is using classic architectural details (like arches and geometric patterns) with a modern, streamlined furniture and lighting approach. This delivers a sense of grandeur, cultural pride, and welcoming professionalism, which is ideal for a governmental/municipal setting.

Key Design and Fit-Out Strategy

Cultural Identity	Established strongly through the repeated use of Ogee/Pointed Archways (in the lobby and corridors) and intricate Mashrabiya-inspired geometric screens (in the lobby) that add cultural texture while maintaining a modern, golden finish.
Atmosphere	Warm, formal, and prestigious. This is achieved by relying on warm white/soft yellow lighting (cove lighting, chandeliers) which makes the marble and gold finishes glow.
Flow and Cohesion	A consistent light beige/cream and gold primary palette in all public areas ensures a cohesive, fluid experience when moving between the lobby and corridors.

Materials, Color Match, and Work Methodology

The material selection focuses on premium finishes that speak to luxury and durability, appropriate for a high-traffic civic building.

1. The Grand Lobby

2. The Executive Office / Majlis
