DLD Service Center successfully completed the design and full fit-out for Shine Center, a vibrant and modern entertainment and coffee concept.
This project reflects our commitment to creating unique, functional, and visually engaging spaces that combine aesthetics with practicality.
Scope of Work:
- Concept Design & Interior Planning – Developed a dynamic and youthful concept inspired by neon lighting, energetic colors, and geometric forms to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
- Detailed Design & 3D Visualization – Delivered realistic renderings and material selections aligned with the client’s vision and brand identity.
- Fit-Out Execution – Managed all stages of the interior construction, from flooring and ceiling works to lighting, furniture, and decorative finishes.
- Brand Integration – Custom-designed signage, lighting accents, and furniture to enhance the Shine Center brand experience.
- Project Management – Oversaw every detail to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and seamless coordination between all teams.
Design Concept:
The design merges modern and futuristic themes, emphasizing vibrant lighting, bold color contrasts, and curved architectural forms that create energy and flow throughout the space. The café area and reception blend functionality with playful design to attract visitors and provide a memorable experience.

A complete transformation into a modern entertainment and coffee center that reflects innovation, comfort, and identity — a true showcase of DLD Service Center’s design and project management expertise.
Anfasic Dokhoon Retail Design and Fit-Out Overview
The design for the Anfasic Dokhoon spaces presents a modern, luxurious, and clean aesthetic with a focus on product presentation. The brand identity is clearly communicated through a consistent use of color and stylized fixtures.
Key Design Features:
- Retail Environment: The spaces are bright, open, and inviting, with a contemporary feel. The primary focus is on the display of high-end fragrance and incense products.
- Fixtures and Displays: Products are showcased on a combination of sleek, white display pedestals and built-in, recessed shelving units, often framed in the primary accent color.

- Wall Treatments: Rich, warm wall colors like bright yellow/gold and deep terracotta/maroon create a vibrant, traditional backdrop.
- Archways and Niches: Traditional arched frames are used for shelving units, and decorative arched niches are set into the walls, sometimes housing traditional lanterns.
